Terms and conditions
This ticket is sold by Ang-Gnarra Aboriginal Corporation (ABN 88079295235) who is responsible for the Event. Ang-Gnarra Aboriginal Corporation is an Australian Private Company operating in Australia. The following conditions are both of sale (including any resale or subsequent assignment), entry and attendance at the Event.
‘‘You’ and ‘your’ refers to the customer. ‘We’, ‘us’, ‘our’, ‘Ang-Gnarra’, ‘Laura Quinkan Indigenous Dance Festival (LQDIF) and ‘Event Director’ refers to employees, contractors, volunteers and authorised persons. This agreement means these terms and conditions and any other conditions specified by us on our website and booking forms.
ENTRY TICKET
1. Photo ID is required for age and name verification and for entry by all ticket holders.
- ADULT TICKET 18+: You must be 18+ years in age to eligibly enter the festival with this ticket.
- YOUTH TICKET: You must be aged between 10 and 17 years in age to eligibly enter the festival with this ticket. Youths under the aged of 15 must be accompanied by at least one responsible adult.
- FAMILY TICKET: 2 x Adults + 2 x Youths
- CHILD TICKET: You must be 0-10 years in age to eligibly enter the Festival with this ticket and must be accompanied by at least one responsible adult.
- CONSESSION: You must carry any of the following valid cards to eligibly enter the Festival with this ticket.
- Seniors Card
- Pensioner Concession Card
- Health Care Card
- Low Income Health Care Card
- Veteran Card
In addition, Companion Card holders are entitled to receive one free adult ticket for their carer or companion upon the purchase of their concession ticket. Simply select the $0.00 Companion add-on at checkout, and remember to produce the Companion Card at the gate.
2. No refunds or exchanges on any ticket except as required by and/or specified by the Live Performance Australia Industry Code of Practice. Incorrect purchases are NOT eligible for a refund.
3. You may reissue (change the name on your ticket) for a nominated fee per ticket, however, the name and age must match the individual entering with the reissued ticket.
4. Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including online auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes. If a ticket is used in breach of these conditions, it may be cancelled without refund and the ticket bearer may be refused admission.
5. Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, defaced or are not purchased from an authorised point of sale (i.e. Viagogo).
6. Festival tickets are sold per person.
7. Festival wristbands are not transferable, you will be required to exchange this ticket for a wristband. Any wristbands that are removed or tampered with will NOT be replaced.
8. The right to admission is reserved and is subject to the seller’s and the venue’s terms of admission.

10. You acknowledge that neither we nor the event organiser will be responsible for any loss or damage to property (including money or other personal items) brought to or purchased at the event by you or your invitees.
11. Entry is at own risk and the right to refuse entry is reserved. The promoter or venue shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damages sustained entering on the site –to the extent allowed by law.
12. In the event of injury or illness, we may at our discretion, and at the cost of the Patron, arrange medical treatment and/or emergency evacuation as deemed essential or necessary for the safety of the Patron (and/or other Patrons at the Event).
CAMPING
- Photo ID is required for age and name verification and for entry by all ticket holders.
- You must hold a valid Festival Entry ticket that coincides with their Camping ticket in order to gain entry to the Campgrounds. For example, you must have a 5-day Festival Entry ticket to be able to hold a 5-day Camping ticket.
- No refunds or exchanges on any ticket except as required by and/or specified by the Live Performance Australia Industry Code of Practice. Incorrect purchases are NOT eligible for a refund.
- You may reissue (change the name on your ticket), however, the name and age must match the individual entering with the reissued ticket.

- All single-day and 3-day campers must arrive after 10.00am on the first valid day stated on their camping ticket and must depart the campsite by 10am on the day their ticket becomes invalid. 5-day campers may arrive the Wednesday prior to the start of the Easter weekend from 10am.
- Entry for arrival and set-up to the campsite closes at 10pm daily.

- The Laura Quinkan Indigenous Dance Festival site and campgrounds are DRUG, ALCOHOL AND GLASS FREE.
- You acknowledge that neither we nor the event organiser will be responsible for any loss or damage to property (including money or other personal items) brought to or purchased at the event by you or your invitees.
